The "BAJA DIVER " has the looks of a popper but comes with a diving lip making it a sub-surface lure. Lower the rod and reel until a "wobbling" action is felt at the rod tip. This lure works really well when fish seem "too lazy" to take topwater baits or when fishing around rocks. Most species that roam rocky areas are ambushers that seem to prefer slower retrieved lures.
