I was looking for utmost new rods with med/light action and saw these. Although they are medium, I purchased them anyway, I’ve not been disappointed, they are sensitive and have enough strength to haul in good sized largemouth. The length is just what I wanted and if there was a critique it’s that I only wish they came in ultra light at this length so I could use them to cast trout magnet lures while I fish my ditches
