shipping damaged the 1st reel sent, was disappointed of course but really like reel.
reported damage and thought that i was forgotten, and doomed to eat purchase. TO MY SURPRIZE, not only did I get reply, but folks here understood, and had already sent out brand new reel which i received within couple of days after in perfect condition without any argument. they sent out reel before reply NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I like what I'm seeing and
